Watters & Houx Children’s Fund
Established in 1994, the Frank Watters & Mary Anne Houx Children’s Fund supports the prevention of child abuse and neglect in Butte County. Each year, funds are awarded through a competitive mini-grant application to strengthen services for children and families.
